Jo & Ali were amazingly helpful in finding and booking our holiday to the Italian Lakes to celebrate my retirement. Nothing was too much trouble for them and Jo had personal knowledge of the region which was invaluable. The whole holiday went smoothly and we now have some amazing memories. Staff / Drivers are completely ignorant. Park cars blocking driveways and don't care where they dump them. About time businesses like this was self sustainable and could afford their own car park

A fantastic travel agent. During difficult times Jo and Ali have been willing to go the extra mile to ensure our holidays run as smoothly as possible. This includes any changes which have been forced on us. The personalised service in wonderful surroundings feels like the start of your holiday. I would highly recommend Il Mondo.

We have nothing but good things to say about Jo & Ali at Il Mondo Travel.
After organising us a fantastic family trip of a lifetime, they were on hand when we needed them. A freak incident meant the trip didn’t end quite to plan, but Jo made sure we got home safe and took away all the stress that an unexpected incident can bring!

5 star service but competitive on price, it makes sense to check out Il Mondo before you book anywhere else! Great service and lovely people who really know their stuff.

It is time I left a very well earned and deserved review. Just back from my third holiday that Jo and Ali have helped me with, and once again, outstanding. Their service is excellent and provide a wonderful customer experience. If you are looking for "that" holiday but not quite sure, I would absolutely recommend you pay Ali and Jo a visit, you will not be disappointed.

A HUGE THANK YOU to Jo and Ali for sorting our trip to Iceland. 3rd time lucky after being postponed from COVID. Trip involved 3 days adventures. All went smoothly, taxis arrived on time etc etc and what a wonderful adventure we had. Lots of memories made.. Cannot recommend these ladies enough. Helpful, thorough, and oh so lovely to talk to.
