The best in the business. The lettings team are a truly wonderful bunch of people and are a dream to work with. Lauren and Teresa have made our letting journey run so smoothly, nothing is too much for them and they are always happy to chat and explain anything to you, no matter how many times you have to call! Would not recommend Bletsoes. Unhelpful staff made my renting journey stressful. They never had enough information even we have provided all the information. And in the end it was just a waste of time

Rented a property from them for about 9 months. Was fine in the summer and then the winter came. No proper heating and there was mold everywhere. So much so that my partner had lumps under his eye lids from the mold spores. I let them know and all I got was "There's never been mold at the property before" nothing was done about it at all. We were also advised to put all our heaters on and then open all the windows for ventilation, which in my eyes is a waste of money and heat. Houses should be ventilated!! Some members of staff were fine but Theresa was just awful. No people skills whatsoever. Never use Bletsoes! And stay away from 24 Rosebery Street!!!

Superb service. By far the best letting agents in the area. Nothing is too much trouble. Their fees are extremely fair, reasonable and transparent. Highly recommend them. Dawn and Theresa were great.

Bletsoe's have been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process of buying and selling our house. The professional photos that were taken showed our home at its very best, also the viewings were handled in a way that best suited us. Charlie and Craig were helpful from the moment we thought about putting our home on the market, to the moment we moved in to our new home! We would highly recommend using Bletsoe's to anyone in the area!
