will never use again
had a van for the day full of damage and then tired to say it was me
make sure you take picture and video when you pick up I did.
got a refund after 3weeks. but will never use again

Rented a van recently. Got told that any damage whether my fault or not would result in a £2000 excess unless I took out insurance. Needless to say I did take out insurance after being scared and pressured into it. Brought the van back in perfect condition. Then...pressure to give them a 5 star review otherwise they would get it in the neck apparently. So they scare me to death one minute and then want a favour the next. Won't bother again.
