Wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. Fishing on the river bure from the garden for hubby, very comfortable lodge to read many books for me! On our second visit now and two more planned for 2025! Fantastic accommodation and the best manager ever (clayre). Think we'll be coming back for years!

A group of 4 of us, 2 disabled, have just spent a wonderful week here. Equipment for disabled is provided free of charge, showers are easily accessible, doors are wide and the manager of the cottages is easily contactable. Kitchen is well equipped. It is so peaceful and the birdlife just looking out of the window is wonderful. Highlight of the holiday was one of the herons who obviously preferred humans to other birds, he strolled into the sitting room and was very much at home much to our delight. We booked Kates "Lodge" for a week in early July "24. Advertised as accommodation for three people. There is in fact hardly room for two and far smaller than we expected, Very claustrophobic. The double bedroom and Living room so tight on space, not even room for two to sit and eat at the small table. Unable to leave door open when raining as it has no roof over porch. Access road deeply floods and has large potholes. The manageress Clayre was very pleasant. IMO Very poor accommodation for the price. Very pleased to leave

Fabulous location! Comfortable accommodation. Great for large family to get together, especially if any members are disabled. Clayre, the site manager, is so friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Super local facilities. Easy access to many Norfolk attractions and places of interest. Wonderful wildlife. Didn't want to come home !

This was our second stay at Horning at Lady Lodge. My daughter is a wheelchair user. The ramp up to the double doors are great. We had a shower chair booked for the wet room and I’m sure you can get other equipment if you need it.|The weather was a bit blowy but otherwise ok. There are lots of things to do locally and lots of places to eat. We had Sunday lunch at The New Inn and it was delicious.|Lodge is quiet, peaceful and overlooks the river. My daughter loved feeding all the birds. You may be lucky enough to see a kingfisher or an otter. |The kingline team were very helpful and no task is too small for Clayre. We felt really accommodated for

Great Lodge with a lovely view of the broads. You can watch the activity on the river and also watch the variety of wildlife. Feeding them all especially the Herons who enjoy cheese. Great place for able bodied and disabled people. Clayre was great and made sure we had everything we needed. She is helpful, informative and cheerful. She always greets you with a smile and chat.

Just back from another excellent relaxing break on the river bank at King Line Cottages. We stayed in Kate's Lodge, the smallest of the properties, which sleeps three people. It's been refurbished, and it's clean, comfortable and very peaceful. Clayre, the site manager, and her colleague Julie were very helpful and friendly. We only wished we could have stayed longer, but we will be back next year.

Wonderful views of the boats and wildlife from our riverside location. The cottage was clean and well equipped, very accessible too with ramps and also hand grips in the bathrooms. Mom loved the comfy electric recliner to sit in while she watched the world go by! The site manager, Clayre, was extremely helpful and welcoming. Hope to return soon
