Beautiful place, just stunning. We had a lovely peaceful break in beautiful brand new accommodation with a hot tub, couldn't have asked for more and fantastic value for money. The kids particularly loved sleeping in the mezzanine area with a view of the sky. The attention to detail was exemplary, nothing was unconsidered. The staff were so friendly and had excellent knowledge of the area and the overall vibe was exactly what we needed. The beach is gorgeous, you absolutely have to make sure to be up in time for sunrise at least once, the seals are a perfect addition. The whole park is beautifully maintained and everywhere is perfectly clean. We will be back. Highly, highly recommend. Thanks for having us.x

Was great when Harry & co was running it. Now it's been taken over by company men, its' lost the family feel. But to be far, some things have improved, like showers and eating areas. But has a more corporate feel & and is geared up for static caravans now.

Very nice site in a lovely location, minutes walk away from a beautiful beach and as we are here in October we get to see the seals
Caravans are nice, has everything that you could need. Bedrooms are small, I have stayed in a few static caravans in my time, the double bedroom is very small, not possibly to walk around the bed but I am the only adult so not really a problem for me

Just back from an amazing 8 night stay in our touring caravan. Toilets and showers were always clean (showers are plenty hot enough). Also liked the heater which you can optionally turn on. The little shop sells everything you might need and it’s not ridiculous prices. Food vans and bar were there Friday to Monday, situated by a nice fire pit you can sit round along with a big tent which has nice seating inside. There’s a toy/book/dvd/puzzle library, so you can leave some bits and take some too. Also a beach toy library which I thought was a cool idea. Lovely park for kids to play on too. Pitch was plenty big enough and there’s direct access to the beach which is just beautiful! There were always seals to see. We went to the beach at least twice a day. All in all a lovely sight but the beach here really does take your breath away as you walk over the dunes. My only negative was the washing machine was £4.60 to do a wash which I thought was a little pricey but did save on bringing loads home. |If you don’t mind getting up early on a clear day, the the sun rises on the beach which is just beautiful. |Can’t wait to come back ! 😁

Weekend break in a quiet location. The caravan was perfect, it was well equipped and very warm. The whole site was very clean, the staff were very helpful. There is a great little shop selling necessary bits and pieces, there were on site visiting food vendors ie one day there was fish and chips, the next day a burger van, there was also an ice cream van selling “rolled ice cream” which was delicious and a vendor selling drinks which you could drink outside or in a spacious tent. All in all it was perfect. There are plenty of places to visit nearby and great walks along the beach where we were able to see the seals. Would definitely recommend visiting this site.

Great location and having private beach was a bonus. Kids were able to borrow beach items daily from onsite toybox. |Staff were very friendly. On site shop had a great variety of anything you may need and not too far away from bigger supermarkets if needed. |Loved the playground set up next to ‘the warren’ where food and drink trucks were daily available. We spent each evening watching the children play whilst enjoying a drink or snack. |Nice little nature trail on site, map available from the shop and you can hire the kit needed rather then buying each child a set of their own. |Plenty of toilets located close by but the main toilet was not the best, needed a good clean and update, a lot of blocked toilets and only 4 and a disabled available in this block. Showers were fine, but had no sinks or mirrors in for teeth brushing etc so had to brush teeth in the toilets which wasn’t the best. Showers closed at 9pm, would prefer them to stay open throughout. |Pitches are nice and flat but you are very close to your neighbours.

Just back from a four day, three night trip with my two children and I could not be happier with the site. the other campers were friendly. The facilities were clean and there were more than enough. The shop was well stocked and staff friendly and happy to help. The children made so many friends and there was lots of space to play, activities to do and run around. Being so close to the beach was the best treat and the evenings were delightful with the variety of food trucks and the great fire pit. Quiet and respectfully peaceful every evening. Big thanks to the whole team -we will definitely be back.amd recommend to everyone we know!

We would like to thank the Waxham Sands Holiday Park for such a lovely and helpful customer service. When we got flooded staying over the weekend in our tent , they went beyond and above to make sure our stay was still manageable. Nothing was a problem for them , tumble dryer and heater was sorted in no time! Not to mention the care and kindness they've got for the dogs it's something else . Lovely park , very clean and well equipped,close to the beautiful beach , very friendly and helpful staff. Even with the poor weather we still had an amazing time. Thank you so so much. Highly recommend it!
