Unreliable and unethical. Had booked a cab back from the airport for the 20th which did not show up. When called they said it was due to the car breaking down on the motorway. Being my naive, polite self I accepted this explanation.

A month later the same woman (Kate) contacted me on the 19th to confirm my 'booking for the next day'.

So not only did they put down the wrong date but choose to lie about it and left us at the airport to spend the night there after a 10 hour flight due to no reasonable alternatives.

Even after raising this, they didn't bother to apologise or take any responsibility for messing up.

Unethical and grossly incompetent!

Superb service. Great drivers who took us to and from Heathrow in comfortable cars. Good communication regarding timings and drivers. Very competitive cost. Thoroughly recommend.
