Brilliant job of removing detached silicone cover from deep inside my ear. Turned up without any appointment at 09.00. Taken though to the audiologist who removed the offending piece. The whole process was super quick.

I recently visited your branch for my children’s eye tests. While the booking process was confusing due to a mismatch in the confirmation, I resolved it by calling to reschedule.

When we arrived, a young man at the entrance assisted us, but his lack of expression and unwelcoming demeanour left us feeling uneasy from the start. This set the tone for the visit, as the overall atmosphere in the store felt tense and uninviting. My daughter, who was having her first eye test, mentioned feeling pressured, particularly when choosing glasses. The environment lacked the warmth and friendliness that would have made the experience more comfortable for her.

Although the optometrist was kind and professional, the overall experience was disappointing and not what I had expected based on previous visits.

We had an awful experience with a man called Mickey, made my daughter cry and completely ignored her when she was trying to communicate with him. My daughter suffers with anxiety and has autism, he made no attempt to help her with her glasses and turned his back on her several times. Rude and absolutely appalling behaviour! We have used Specsavers for well over 10 years and this is by far the worst visit. Completely thinking of taking our business elsewhere as 4 out of the 5 of us are glasses wearers. Special mention to Julie who saved the day, listened to my daughter and was actually helpful.
We attended a sight test previous to this glasses pick up appointment where the optician was brilliant with my daughter, took his time to answer her questions and was really helpful. Julie helped us then too.
