Honestly this place needs a hell of a lot of TLC. It’s very dilapidated. The website is very misleading and not at all what it is really like here. It promises nature trails and a nice lake, places where you can picnic and enjoy a good trail but we asked about it while there and was told it wasn’t very good and it was too muddy to walk (not their fault obviously). Just seems like the website makes it out to be a great place to go with lots to offer and in reality it feels very run down, unsupervised and a bit sketchy. Great if you want a very cheap place to take your older kids to burn their energy but don’t think I’d recommend for young toddlers as there’s literally no safety regulations or anything seemingly in place, there were kids climbing on top of the play houses (granted parents should be controlling their own children) but a staff member to maybe keep some order or safety rules in place would be nice. There was not any staff to be seen the whole time we were there. Not even to pay! Literally you could just walk in without paying as no one seemed to around.
The play areas need a really could vamp and clean. The soft play pieces were falling apart, there were random pieces that looked to have broken off the soft play just hanging around inside.

My dad said the place looks exactly the same as it did when he brought my sister here 15 years ago.

Overall we were there maybe 30 minutes while my 2 year old had an explore but we left as it just felt a bit run down and not safe for my son. And in that whole time I didn’t see one staff member except in the kitchen as we were leaving.
Quite disappointed. Feel like the website should reflect what it actually is like and some extra time and money needs to be put into it to be looked after more.

So many holes, dirty, lots of roof tiles coming down with what looks like asbestos behind (I hope not) and no staff. We could of walked in without paying. We came with an under 2 and a baby, as well with my brother and his under 3 year old. They had paid first, then the guy asked if my nephew was still in nappies? I just said I wanna pay for my under 2 as on Sundays adults are free. The kids had a great time but that's it. We came to late for hot food as it stops at 2, we got there at 2, but what got me is, I asked for 2 hot chocolates and he said they don't do them in the afternoon, but will do every other hot drink, including mocha that he served a kid after they asked for a hot chocolate. I wouldn't step foot in this place again.

Absolutely filthy. I cannot believe this place is even allowed to open. Dust so thick it’s in clumps in the soft play. Seating and some areas of the soft play appeared to have bird poo on. Lots of rubbish in the soft play. We were meant to stay for lunch but it was so disgusting I didn’t dare order from the kitchen. Parts of soft play broken. Cobwebs everywhere… vile!!

Probably the dirtiest and most run down soft play we have been to. We came away smelling of a chip fryer and feeling in need of a shower. The equipment was heavily worn, breaking at the seams and at parts were unsafe (soft mats falling out of position, holes in the netting, one of the slides creeky and wobbly). Lots of heavy dust and dirt, including on the ceiling fans which were later switched on. Ceiling tiles had water damage and mould on them and were coming away. Food hygiene rating not publically visible. Given 2 stars as the kids had a good time regardless.

It's absolutely huge and the kids loved it. Staff are friendly. However, the equipment needs a deep clean and a revamp. A lot of it is looking really tired and old, with ripped mats and netting. The cafe could also use an overhaul - having freshly ground coffee would be great rather than being served an instant coffee. I do like the history lessons that have been painted on the walls though. Really interesting.

Great little venue for kids. Had my little girls 7th birthday party there. The staff were so helpful. Especially when we forgot candles for the cake 😂🫣. Nothin was too much trouble. The food was good too. Great value for money. Would defo recommend. Thanks again everyone.

This place is disgusting. I can imagine it was a big investment by the owners when it first opened, but no maintenance had ever taken place. It’s truly filthy, smells like old, burned chip fat and has dust and cobwebs everywhere. Most of the equipment is broken, worn, stained and ripped. It should probably be shut down by H&S as a health risk. I’ve never been anywhere worse!

It was my daughters 5th birthday. She and her friends had an amazing time. The staff were welcoming and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be visiting again.
