We recently purchased a property through Whittley Parish and could not recommend them more. Every single member of staff we dealt with was professional, friendly, efficient and helpful from the initial viewing to the eventual completion.
Lene actually showed us two properties including the one we bought - she was knowledgeable, helpful and professional throughout.
Sonia was the sales progressor working on behalf of the vendors we purchased from and I cannot express just how wonderful she was throughout what was a very lengthy and complex purchase (due to issues further down the chain.) Sonia was the only person who was able to get useful updates for us, she kept us informed, and she kept the process moving every single week without fail; she is an absolute superstar and without her tenacious work I am not sure we would be sitting in our dream home today - I cannot thank her enough!
I would recommend this estate agency to everyone - friendly, professional and efficient - they made a stressful time that much easier. A huge thank you to everyone at Whittley Parish!

Thank you so much Whittley Parish at Long Stratton for going above and beyond what I expected from an agent. Having had the miss pleasure of dealing with WHBrown who were totally
incompetent at every level-it was such a pleasure dealing with Rachel, Liam and Lene who really know their stuff. I never thought dealing with an estate agent would be a pleasure, but it was, even when there were delays in the chain I was always kept updated - they made it less stressful. Liam and the entire WP team have provided exceptional service throughout our first home purchase. Their customer service was excellent. While technically representing the seller, they also considered the buyer's best interests, a level of care I haven't found with all estate agents. They deserve a 10/10 rating.

Couldn’t recommend a better Estate Agent. Lene was very friendly and helpful when organising a viewing, purchase and collecting keys, Jon was brilliant and very welcoming when showing us around the property which definitely made us want to buy the property more as he was very detailed and answered all our questions and Sonia was absolutely brilliant when it came to the after sales and we couldn’t thank her enough for all of the help and time to get things done and through for us. I would definitely use WP again in the future if we needed to sell or buy a property.
