My family and I needed a furnished apartment in Norwich on returning from several years overseas, while we waited (...and waited...and waited...) for our shipping to arrive. Richard in the office was super responsive and friendly, and handled an in-depth interrogation from my Dad - who made the initial call on my behalf - very graciously! The flat he recommended is perfect for our needs and nicely maintained, and the property manager, Mel, is also really friendly and willing to flex her housekeeping schedule to accommodate my needs while working from home. She even lent us a Christmas tree to help us feel a bit more festive! Finally, Serviced Lettings were willing to rent us the flat open-ended, which was extremely reassuring given our uncertain timings, and have said we'll be able to move to week-to-week rental as necessary once we approach our move-out date. Overall, working with Serviced Lettings has been one of the very few easy and pleasurable aspects of relocating internationally during a pandemic! Many thanks to Richard, Mel and all the team.

My company did some filming in Norfolk and our cast and crew were relocated to Norwich from London for about 2 months. We used Serviced Lettings to house all our employees around the city of Norwich and it was the best decision our company could have made. Not only were they able to accommodate our company’s crazy schedule but they also bent over backwards when schedules changed and we had people coming and going. This is by far the most professional letting company I have worked with. All of the apartments were smart, clean and conveniently located around the city. Serviced Lettings also arranged convenient parking for us in Norwich when necessary. My apartment was amazing and so well equipped .The kitchen had all pots and pans for cooking and a cleaning service that came once a week to deliver clean sheets and towels. This service was greatly appreciated and really made us feel comfortable .Our contact Richard was a HUGE help when organizing our team and getting us settled. Richard had great recommendations for food and things to do in town – he is an absolute lifesaver and so welcoming : ) I would highly recommend Serviced Lettings and I will use them again in the future. I have stayed in a 2 bed apartment on pottergate in Norwich twice now and have been really impressed on both occasions. Richard made arranging everything so easy and was really accommodating when we needed to keep our plans flexible. Wifi was good and enabled two of us to work from the apartment with no trouble at all. Check in and check out simple. Kitchen well equipped and parking space on site was perfect. Would definitely stay again in future.

We spent an unexpectedly extended stay at Samson and Hercules apartments.
The apartment is comfortable, well provided for and well positioned to explore the centre of Norwich. We enjoyed our stay here.
Despite repeated short-notice extensions the owners were never less than helpful and accomodating; the few (small) issues we had were dealt with rapidly, efficiently and with good humour

I stayed in a Service Lettings apartment in Norwich for 2 months with work and we had a great experience. The apartments were absolutely perfect for what we needed – tidy, well equipped and cleaned once a week. Richard Halfhide was enormously helpful getting us settled and suggesting places to eat and things to do while we stayed there. I would definitely use them again!

We recently stayed at St Giles Serviced Apartments, 51a St Giles St, Norwich and would thoroughly recommend them. They were very central, amenities were great and the Property Manager, David, was so helpful. Richard, the letting agent, went out of his way to help us as our extended stay in Norwich come out of the blue and we were in desperate need of getting a serviced apartment at very short notice.. We would definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Norwich.

Brilliant location in Pottergate, well appointed apartments, very clean, everything you need and very comfortable. Stayed a few times in the last few years and Richard never fails to go above and beyond to make your stay as easy as possible.

One of the best service apartments i have stayed so far... This one is Paragon House in Ipswich.. The overall experience has been outstanding starting from absolute brilliant help from Richard Halfhide from service lettings who helped us in booking the property and arranging everything on time for us to Glenn the care taker of this property who gave us a warm welcome at the arrival & ensured everything was in place for us. The best thing about this property is you always feel like home here and you know there's someone who would always be there to help you.
