Absolutely shocking from spa seekers, we arrived to Gomersal Park Hotel and Spa to be informed that our booking had been rejected by the actual spa and Spa Seekers had failed to inform me at all, and had said the booking was available. We had come from a significant distance away too.

They also charged me more as it was a weekend but this was not the price shown on the website.

The actual spa were very accommodating and allowed us to use the facilities anyway as a good will gesture, but we then couldn’t have the 50 minute treatment or the afternoon tea we paid for. The spa also informed us of this being a regular occurrence from spa seekers.

Nervously called to book a spa day for my wife and her friend. Katy made me feel at ease and called the actual hotel to clarify a concern that I had.
She was very polite and professional and made the booking process very easy.
Just seen few bad reviews, so I'll see how my wife gets on and then write an update, but so far so good.

I wish I had checked the reviews on Spaseekers more before booking through them. We had a terrible experience at Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa, a really grotty place and nothing like the pampering package that's sold on the website. I probably fell for a well presented website and wrongly assumed that any packages on Spaseekers would be at reputable, quality places but they couldn't care less about this. I complained and they just forwarded the complaint to the hotel without even addressing it with me. My issue is really with Spaseekers for advertising themselves as a leader in this field and providing quality packages - they aren't leaders and they don't care about the quality on offer. The hotel is terrible but that's their business, I trusted Spaseekers to provide something good and they really let me down. I would avoid this service - I suspect the slick website masks the reality of a small and unprofessional company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! The customer service is absolutely shocking. Rang up and booked a spa day as it said ‘limited places’ even though turns out there were loads available for that day. Got charged significantly more than the website said but felt pressured as it was ‘limited places’. Booked it and then left the phone call. Looked online straight away to see the same spa day on the website was £16 cheaper than on spa seekers!! I rand up 2 minutes later to say look… it’s £16 more expecting to get a refund or to cancel it… but no they can’t do that… 2 mins later Why can’t you do that 2 mins later Emailed customer support who have now just ignored me. I’m not asking for a full refund I’m asking for my £16 back and not to be robbed off by a company!! You are thieves and your customer service ruined my whole day. I will be making sure everyone knows how terrible this company is. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Fantastic experience. Booked the voucher as a gift for my wife and got a great deal. Used the chat facility to book and it was smooth. The chat agent, Harry, was very informative and knowledgeable. Would thoroughly recommend.

I booked an overnight stay at Sally Hall Hotel for the 16th of February, including a dinner allowance and a 50-minute spa treatment . From the start, I was unhappy with the spa arrangement as the treatment were split into 2 x 25minutes treatment one at 3:30pm and one at 5:30pm and wanted to negotiate a change so I could have a more relaxing experience. I raised my concerns for days and felt ignored, but when I contacted the hotel a week in advance, they refused to help, simply telling me not to have the treatments if I didn’t want them.

I asked to reschedule, but they denied my request, citing their cancellation policy, even though I reached out a week before. I then contacted Spa Seekers to discuss alternatives, but my questions were repeatedly ignored. When I finally got through, I was told someone would look into it, but they never called back.

When I followed up again, I was rushed off the phone and made to feel like an inconvenience. At that point, I had just found out my sister was pregnant, which made the situation even more stressful. Instead of working with me to adjust the package, they suddenly cancelled it without my consent, leaving me with only two choices: cancel or accept a voucher. Feeling pressured, I cancelled—only to be charged £25.

It has now been couple days, and I still haven’t received a refund or even an email confirming it. I had hoped for a relaxing getaway, but instead, I was met with poor communication, unhelpful staff, and an overall stressful experience. I would not recommend booking with them.

Great customer service. I was unsure what package to buy, but Harry was more than helpful. He booked it all for me and then sent a link to pay. Quick, easy and stress free.

Redeemed a spa gift voucher, loads of options to choose from! The only annoying thing is you can’t redeem the voucher online. But the lady on the phone (Chanel) was lovely and made it very straightforward to book.
