Had my first MOT at Kwik Fit and was very pleased with the experience. Communication was smooth, and I was happy with the service. The owner was friendly, as was the colleague working with them. I waited in a comfortable seating area while my MOT was being done. Great overall experience.

Fantastic service!
My car had a damaged tyre pressure sensor. They removed and replaced it in very quick time.
They were polite friendly and professional. I can not recommend them enough!

Never ever go to Kwik Fit, Rugby branch in particular. They are very arrogant and they will not fit your tyres on time and simply Cheat you. There are many more better places where you will get quality tyres and you will get proper respect.

I was asked to bring my car for fitting tyres on 13th April (Sunday), I dropped my car around 11.00 AM and asked to come after an hour and they said they will give me a call. Around 1.30 PM I called and they said they don't have the tyres which I ordered instead they said they will fir some other brand else I have to wait till Monday. Then again on Monday I have to call them to ask status they said they don't have tyres and can fit only on Thursday.

I have to cancel my vacation for their mistake, but you know when I went again on Thursday they were very rude, store manager says delay is not due to Kwit fit, so I understood its my mistake to choose Kwik fit.

NEVER EVER GO TO KWIK FIT. Such a rude store.

I Always find the service at the Rugby Branch is brilliant. It’s Good value for money and the staff take the time to listen and then explain what work they have done (in simple terms so I understand!). Special thanks to the MOT Manager (Steve) who spent his lunchtime sorting out my car so it would be ready when I needed it.

I’ve been a customer of kwik fit before but first time in Rugby. Shocking service! No customer service. Lack of care, diligence and knowledge. Would not recommend nor use again.

Staff are very helpful and nice ! However had my brake pads changed on 21/03/24 and there was a rattling noise a few hours after ! Went to another garage nearer my work and they said the nuts have only be finger tightened and were loose so a bit disappointed tbh !
