Stayed here with family for several months whilst between selling my old home and buying a new build in Rugby, can't fault the property, it was clean and well equipped with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. Sue was a good host, even during times when we had issues with our timings. Only a few minutes drive from Rugby centre and convenient for Coventry too via the A45. Lots of room for parking.

Ideal temporary accommodation when my own home was flooded, brilliant dog walking field

We visited with our 2 English pointers and stayed in the stable room. It was perfect for a one night stay with plenty of room for 2 dog cages and very warm and cosy . The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped for a B and B stay . Proper toiletries and fluffy white towels .|The paddock is ideal for dog breaks . Beautiful setting and grounds and a warm friendly welcome from the owners. Breakfast in the main house was in the genuine family dining room with lovely views . A lovely start to the day ..Thank you Susan .

We arrived quite late but had previously had contact with the host to arrange arrival. The suite was warm and well equipped and there were no onerous rules about us having the dog in the room. We stayed for one night B&Q and breakfast was chosen the night before, we opted for the full English and there was also cereals, fruit and yoghurt available. There was a good sized paddock to exercise the dog and the whole site was beautifully maintained. We will be returning to the area in spring and look forward to staying here.

Just returned from a four day break at Lawford Hilll Farm, with our daughter, her partner and their whippet, Oakley. We stayed in the Mill House, a lovely barn conversion offering two bedrooms, both with en-suites, spacious kitchen, dining and lounge area with private patio/garden. We arrived on a cool November evening and were welcomed into this beautifully warm and cosy cottage with four home-baked cakes and milk in the fridge. Lawford Hill Farm is set in extensive grounds and offers complete peace and quiet. There is an large, fully enclosed exercise field for your dog, and beautiful gardens to the main house to explore and enjoy. Would love to return again and would have no hesitation in recommending Susan and her family as perfect hosts.||The Ratcliffes

Stayed here with Mum and 2 dogs in the converted stable block en route to the Lake District. Excellent accommodation and breakfast. All the facilities you could need, including a really secure dog paddock to let the dogs run free. Beautiful country house garden and the host was really nice.

This was our second stay in the self catering Mill Cottage at Lawford Hill Farm. The Cottage is clean,comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxed stay. Beds are really comfortable and the peace and quiet ensures a good night's sleep. The easy driving distance between Rugby and Wolston made it perfect for catching up with family. Highly recommended.

We have tried so many places around Rugby to stay and always been disappointed. But not anymore. A lovely clean room with a lovely welcome. And if that wasn't enough a great breakfast to set us on our way. We will be back and try it for yourselves!
