I usually book my holidays with online providers However, I am aware Virgin Holidays do very competitive prices and flights at the same time, I’m usually always booking multiple destination holidays so using the website can become quite tricky and many of their suggested itineraries you will need to call up or go to store.

Solihull is my local Store from Virgin Holidays point of view and recently I popped into the store with an itinerary I wanted to do in my head.

I arrived at the store and spoke to the sales assistant called Grace White, where the service received was first class and very professional, The price came out for a little higher than I expected, but Grace is quite happily tried to find different flights and save me quite a large amount of money - The advice and recommendations were absolutely first class and I would not hesitate going back here to book another holiday through Grace.

The deposit was made that day and as a reference to other companies, especially with in-store experiences this is exactly what it should be like, from a customer that’s booked a holiday, Grace absolutely deserves a big thank you from management (that is if management read these reviews)
