Outstanding company. I’ve done numerous hiking, cross-country ski and snowshoe trips with Tracks and Trails over the last 14 years and honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Fabulous itineraries and trip notes, brilliant guides, superb accommodation and Lindsay & Julia have a real commitment to making sure clients are booking the right trips and getting the most out of them. Thanks to our very talented and skillful certified mountain guide Lindsay, we had an awesome & memorable experience on our recent trip in completing TMB route in August, 2024.
Lindsay was phenomenon in finding ways to overcome challenges and making sure all of us (group of 10) were safe and experience the best of TMB.
Because of her long time acquaintance with farmers and locals on the route, we had enjoyed foods, learning their stories and histories about the region along the way.
Lindsay and Julia are really a great dynamic duo who are genuine, professional and committed to meet the expectation you have signed up for and beyond!

We have just completed a 6 day hike on Mallorca with Lindsay Cannon and wow what an experience! The route that we hiked took us through some of the most breathtaking scenery I have seen. Our accommodation whilst varied was excellent and the meals were delicious. As we were a large group Lindsay was accompanied by Christel, the qualifications and experience between these two women was exceptional, we were in very safe hands. If you are looking for an experience of a lifetime I would highly recommend Track and Trails.

Well what can I say We have just completed the most amazing hike … the GR221 in Mallorca. Having done the Tour De Mt Blanc and the Dolomites with Lindsay from Tracks and Trails we were hoping that this adventure would live up to the others. Wow wow wow… our hopes were exceeded. If I’m honest .. this was the best. The scenery at every turn was spectacular from the sea views, to the rocky limestone mountains, to the fabulous food and wonderful accommodation. The walk was challenging but exhilarating. Hard to believe this is an island really. It’s huge with vast mountain ranges. What made it super special was our incredible guides Lindsay and Christel. They are extremely knowledgeable about mountain hiking and local information and took care of our every need. All we had to do was put on our shoes and hike! But they were also such fun!! So many laughs.
I know we have friends for life. Love them to bits.
All I can really say is just do it. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I recently completed the 9-day guided GR10 Pyrenees adventure with Tracks and Trails in June 2024. The memories of our time in the Pyrenees, led by our fantastic guide Marit, are still vivid in my mind. The scenery was breathtaking, the hike was challenging, and the meticulous attention to detail by Lindsay (the owner) and Marit made it an unforgettable experience. I'm already planning my next trip! Jaw-dropping scenery; ups and downs to awaken your inner athlete; camaraderie with other hikers from around the world; superb leadership from our kind, knowledgeable, certified-mountain-man guide Mark; food, flowers, wildlife, conversation... all of it: FANTASTIC. It was the best possible experience for our 4-person family. Additionally, when one of us had an injury to deal with, the mothership kept in constant contact with us and made all the arrangements necessary to get said person down the mountain (and up again). First class, professional, experienced operation. Bravo! (Dolomites, Alta Via #1.)
