We used this taxi company twice. Once to go from the Sudbury, Suffolk train station to a pub in Long Melford (The owner Kieran was able to accommodate us missing our train and arriving later than planned) and the 2nd time from the pub to Marks Tey train station. Both times the drivers were friendly and got us to our destination quickly and safely. Prices seemed in line with costs today.
I appreciate that Kieran is contactable on both WhatsApp and the company website so I was able to easily communicate from the States.
I would use them again without hesitation.
