Female cashier very stroppy ( 3/11/23. 2.30pm ) when banking some cash. Asked far too many personal questions, luckily no one else in the branch. Far from welcoming and pleasant.
Way below the standard expected from this bank.

Really poor services. Went in to pay a cheque and was next in the queue. Assistant told me to use a machine which failed and the next assistant told me to use mobile app which also failed. Over 10 minutea later i managed to pay it in at the counter where I was waiting over 10 minutes before.

While the staff, at the bank, have always been polite, with me, I have had mega problems, regarding, the telephone side, which I might add is getting worse, I've now been to the FOS & the FCS, but they haven't enough staff to deal with the many complaints concerning the bank, so by the time they get round to dealing with it, the bank will have the upper hand. Thanks to FOS

Asked to log a complaint.

As the manager was not avalible a "senior colleauge" took the information and a phone number and assured me the manger would call me in a few days.

A month later and not a peep, guess the FOS & FCA won't be ignored though.

Last time I was here i tore up the application form I had completed and walked out. Huge queue and staff stood around chatting while customers waited. No idea about customer service and complaints handled at branch level by a manager who is complicit in the poor service. Go elsewhere is my advice.

Receive a dismissive attitude on numerous occasions when I am being served. Confident they racially discriminate as
straight after they welcome the next customer in a very different manner.

I have not been in for a while due to covid.When l regularly visited the long Eaton branch staff were helpful and polite.l have been a customer for many years as a past mortgage customer and a present current account holder.
