Taz and the team have completely transformed our sofa.
Our 3 year old Barker and Stonehouse sofa became so unsupportive. The fibre seats and the feather backs were a nightmare to keep plump and it was a chore.
Seeing Taz and his colleague in store, they took us through the options and from dropping off the cushions to taking delivery of the new ones was just under 2 weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone needing new cushions or if they wanted a new sofa. Highly satisfied

The Designer Sofa company has gone way above the expectations we had for our sofa! We’ve been searching for about a year and we just weren’t convinced from what was being offered on the market and for the prices they were expecting. However Taz, Nathan and the team delivered us our dream sofa and it’s of unbelievable quality - thank you! They walked us through the build of the sofa in detail and gave us the space to go away and absorb it. This gave us full confidence of the quality they could provide. The sofa was then fully customisable in fabric, size and design. The size was customised to my 6ft4 husband and he is beyond comfortable on the sofa. I also asked for a change in the arm rest shapes that they accommodated easily. After having the sofa delivered, we realised the height was too high - which they’re helping adjust now too. I cannot recommend them enough and we are beyond happy with our sofa.

Dealing with a British firm where everything is designed and made in their Long Eaton factory makes the experience special. It's like dealing with your family. We were extremely pleased with the service we got as soon as we arrived, and it just continued. Taz was very helpful as we discussed our requirements, explaining the various materials and options. He took us for a walk around the workshop and showed us the materials used and where sourced. The staff in the workshop were very pleasant and happy to show you what they were doing.
So after a nice coffee we got down to business where we decided to get a new sofa and chair, also recovering a sofa and chair.
Returned to discuss material colours and all ordered 5 weeks before Christmas, 1st delivery of new seating week after Christmas (as requested), with refurbished 4weeks later.
Delivery was so helpful, moving furniture and positioning where we wanted - well done Nathan and team.
Very good service, quality materials, 1st class manufacturing and value for money.

Taz, Nathan and the team at The Designer Sofa Company are absolutely top class in handmade sofas with outstanding craftsmanship. The service, time, advice and expertise in creating our bespoke sofa they gave to us, was exceptional. There is a huge range of styles and fabrics to choose from - we have ordered for our home, and also for our son in tge Scottish Borders. I would highly recommend these guys.

7 years in and a new house purchased. Our Designer Sofa has been relocated and still looks amazing! Choosing them to build our living room furniture was one of our best decisions and we are looking forward to involving them again when we decide to recover the knoll sofa and matching chair!

We were also very fortunate that the matching curtain material (also purchased for them) fitted the windows in our new home!

A fantastic experience from start to finish! Taz helped us choose the perfect sofas and made sure the measurements were exactly what we needed to fit our space.
