Would not recommend using this post office at all. Have used twice now for a DpD drop off point and both times had issues. The latest one being that they claimed not to have the parcel and that I needed to take it with DpD. Dpd were contacted and insisted the parcel had been dropped. Returned later and the parcel had suddenly been found. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful.

We attended long Eaton post office to renew passports via digital check and send service . The lady who did the necessary was pleasant, polite and helpfull. She explained the full process of the procedure. Could not have wished for better service. Thank you Long Eaton postal staff
