Had the most amazing golf trip to Gloria Serenity Hotel, Belek, Turkey booked with Bilyana golf. The trip went so smoothly from start to finish. The hotel, service and food were first class. Couldn't fault anything. The golf courses were fantastic. Played twice on Gloria New Course and once on the Gloria Old. Both courses were outstanding. I will definitely go back next year. Firstly I'll start this honest review with our travel company, having never used Bilyana Golf before I can honestly say from booking to our return Bilyana have been absolutely brilliant. Megan from the Macclesfield office to Zeki our onsite rep in Turkey were faultless, nothing was too much trouble, we booked everything with them, hotel, golf and flights all of which ran seamlessly.
As soon as landing in Turkey Zeki was at the end of a phone, sorting transfers, caddies etc (he even retrieved an expensive pair of sunglasses I left in a buggy one day from a course several miles away), really top class service.
We stayed at the Seuno Deluxe which was great for groups of golfers, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were large and extremely well serviced on a daily basis with a sea view. The food was great with plenty of choice and catered for people eating at different times, most of the bars stop serving at midnight, however 1 large bar stayed open 24 hours serving absolutely anything you could wish for and all drinks had exactly the same alcohol content you'd expect.
The one slight criticism we had as a group was course condition, the greens weren't particularly quick and general presentation wasn't as we remembered on our last visit back in 2018 (especially the National greens and Montgomerie's general condition), this was possibly down to time of year we visited i.e. mid September, that said it certainly didn't spoil a really great holiday.
With all the above said I wouldn't hesitate for one second in recommending Bilyana, they'll certainly be our travel company of choice going forward.

We have booked several golf holidays through Bilyana Golf mainly to Turkey but also to Portugal. I have always found them excellent to deal with from booking through to arrival and transfers which have all run smoothly. My wife and I have just returned from Belek and had an issue when travelling to the airport on the way home (I stupidly left a bag with our passports in it at the hotel). The support and assistance we received from the 2 Bilyana staff was fantastic. The phoned the hotel, located my bag and arranged for it to be delivered to the airport . They stayed with us the whole time assuring us everything would be okay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Biyana Golf to anyone considering booking a golf holiday.

Firstly, thanks must go to Henny at the Bilyana UK office for organising our 2024 tour. 24 golfers with changing requirements of single/shared rooms, course preferences let alone people pulling out and new players coming onboard all added to a lot of work by the unflustered Henny. On the tour itself, Zeki & Eliya worked tirelessly booking additional ‘day-off’ golf courses as well as organising meeting rooms with a replacement projector when the main one failed. Eilya also organised a restaurant for our group only to hold our ‘last night presentation’ as well as a birthday cake at 2hrs notice after 1 of our members let slip that it was his 70th. Really was excellent service from the initial inquiry all the way to our return flight. Once again, thank you all for making it such a great tour and supporting me as the organiser.

Had a fantastic golf trip to Turkey - brilliantly organised by Bilyana Golf. As trip "organiser", all the hard work was done by Bilyana (Henny) and they provided a range of options for hotel and golf courses & were happy to amend to suit our varied requests for changes, upgrades etc. The facilities were brilliant once we arrived in Turkey and exactly as described. The on-site team on resort were brilliant, especially the transfers and courtesy buses and the rep - would definitely reccomend Belek and Bilyana - looking to book up for next year already !

Holiday was booked with Bilyana at short notice Megan was brilliant, our accommodation at the Cullinan was amazing The golf package ant tee times all booked prior to arrival. The representative Zeki at the hotel went out of his way to meet our requests for extra games and also for a friend to join from another hotel so streamlined
The guest relation assistant Metin was on board to facilitate every request, his constant communication ensuring our every need was met. He took time to show us all of the other accommodation that was available for our next visit. The hotel was superb, the choice of restaurants and different style of foods, a 24/7 restaurant which catered for early breakfast or late arrivals ….was literally 24/7.
Our rooms were kept immaculate Nesrin housekeeping did an amazing job. The amazing pool service at the adult only pool by Alper our friendly skating waiter delivered drinks, fruit and ice cream all day. Selma at the coffee shop which makes the most delicious cakes you’ve ever seen, along with so many different types of beverages. A chocolatlatier counter, I’m not kidding every type of chocolate you can dream of…..Bilyana delivers a fabulous holiday service ….we enjoyed it so much we’re about to book our return ….It’s a must

From start to finish, Levo and his colleagues were absolutely wonderful.

We have been using Bilyana to organise the golfing holiday in Belek for us (4 couples) since 2009. We first stayed at Cornelia Diamond, then moved on to the Maxx Royal after it was opened in 2011. We decided this year to venture into new waters and chose the Cullinan after discussing it with Levo.

Levo, our contact who organised the whole holidays for us: flights, hotel accommodation, golf courses and tee time, was excellent. He was so patient, attentive and reactive to my requests. I cannot praise him enough. This made me feel confident that what was arranged would happen and this meant that we had a wonderful and stress free holiday knowing that all arrangements were in hand. Thank you so much Levo.

The Bilyana drivers all arrived promptly and picked us up who quickly after we had phoned to ask them to come to pick us up and return us to the hotel. Likewise, out drivers taking us from and to the airport we’re all on time and helped us with a smile on their faces.

Not one of our group was disappointed with the new hotel. The Cullinan staff were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly d we all enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel.

Our “on the ground” Bilyana representative, Kenan, was there to meet us at the airport and heralded us smoothly to the waiting mini coach and saw us off to our hotel, advising us he would meet with us the next day in the afternoon following our first game of golf to welcome us and check we had all the necessary information and paperwork.

Kenan arrived promptly and was extremely pleasant and efficient. We asked him whether he could change a couple of our tee times and this he did willingly and we ended up having slightly earlier tee times which was perfect.

The hotel and Golf Clubhouse were excellent. In addition, our rooms were upgraded and we were very pleased with the space and layout of the rooms.

The buffet restaurant was excellent with choices to suit all tastes and the staff were friendly and excellent and very helpful. Likewise, when we chose to eat at the paying restaurants: the Italian, the Seafood, the Teppanyaki and the Beef restaurants, we were not disappointed.

The cocktail bar in 24 was excellent as was the restaurant, both at breakfast time and for dinner. The Irish Bar had a good atmosphere and was well manned and relaxing.

Some of the outside facilities; restaurants, bars, etc, were not yet open when we went in March but that did not pose a real problem. We were able to sit outside on the balcony of 24 for lunch one day and it was lovely. We also lunched at the Hasir Bar in the gardens and it was lovely to be outside as we were very lucky with the weather and there was not a drop of rain falling in all our 11 days of holiday.

The spa and swimming area was good and the facilities were excellent. It was just a shame that we couldn’t make more use of them - but that was our choice and not in any way the fault of Bilyana.

All in all, I cannot praise Bilyana, Levo and all the staff enough. We all thoroughly enjoyed a stress free holiday because all the arrangements had been so perfectly put in place to ensure that there were no concerns for us.

We are already thinking of next year and I shall definitely be contacting Levo in the near future with dates for us to return next year.
