Failed to show up for a booked Gatwick airport transfer, leaving my wife stranded there after a long flight. No answer on the phones, obviously unfit and incapable of being a legitimate taxi service, avoid and go with competitors

Pre-booked a 6 seater 3hrs in advance only to get a phone call 5 mins before it was due that there wasn't one available. I asked if there were 2 cars that could be sent instead and was told they haven't got any availability. I understand these things happen and can't be helped but a call 5 mins beforehand is not acceptable.

Absolute disgrace, pre booked a mini bus to pick my family of 7 including 3 young children up from the airport at the 2 o’clock in the morning to find out once landed that no one is coming. Would never use again and would never recommend to anyone.

I contacted Shertbets to ask if the could help with a Funeral I was attending in the Sidcup.I need to go to multiple venues and asked if the drive could wait as I didn't know how long I was going to be. Our driver Muhammed was fantastic and we arrived promptly at all the venues.I just like to say that this service was excellent on a very sad day for me.Thanks guys.
