Back to school at Asda never fails to dissapoint. They are always very well stocked and you can find whatever you want. Everything is usually high quality, and will last quite long. The sizes go from starting primary, to leaving secondary, and shoes tend to be for the younger ones. They have reasonable priced garments and accessories for all sizes, slim - plus sizes.

My last few shopping trips to Asda have been a mare due to checking the prices shown on the ticket to what is scanning through because every time I’ve been overcharged! Today would have been overcharged by £5.10 if not checked AGAIN. Staff are really helpful and get it sorted but should be right in the first place. If you do that to every customer your profits are going to be great!!!

On a recent visit to the cafe the very small lady, who’s name begins with M, could be seen in the kitchen stacking plates etc. as the queue was forming I asked another staff member if anyone was serving and was told she wouldn’t be long. Five minutes later she was still stacking in the kitchen. Having asked her if she was going to be long the brusque reply was ‘ I’ll be there as soon as I can’ and she proceeded to carry on with what she was doing. When she did eventually come to the counter she was very rude. No please or thank you and when I asked for a knife I was told she’d get one in a minute. This is not the first time I’ve noticed how rude she is. Maybe a course in customer care would not go amiss for her as the other staff are always polite.

I used Just Eat for a few urgent bits of groceries whilst I was ill, my delivery was missing 5 items. The bags were delivered in clear unmarked bags, no receipt attached to the delivery and just eat will not refund.
Tried to contact asda, but unable to speak to store directly and the call centre keep dropping the call.

The Asda rewards app is a joke! It doesn't upload all the purchases scanned!
And despite what you pay on each shop ( eg . £30-£100) you still only recieve a 50p reward.

From a uber eats delivery driver point of view the staff who give us our orders are all friendly, don’t make us wait too long, they answer the phone when we call and give us an update on our orders, it’s 1000x better than the Asda in bulwell, keep up the good work guys u make everyone’s day going good 👍🏽❤️
