My father is elderly and used Noble living to manage a property in Nottingham to make life easier. The customer service and management service which was provided has been poor to say the least. Based on the service received we informed them that once the current tenants have moved out we intend to move to another agency. Once the tenant moved out they refused to answer the most basic of questions such as confirmation of the return of keys, property checks to understand the state of the property after the tenant left. Furthermore they are not sending us the gas/elec certificates etc which we had requested. Long story short. If I could give the noble living 0 stars I would, and strongly recommend if you are a landlord and are looking for a property management company do not use this company.

Absolutely awful estate agents, they treat tenants like Absolute dirt. My sister has been through he'll with them the amount of rude emails she's received and the way they have treated her from the beginning has been disgusting. Stay away from these at all costs. I wish Landlords knew what they were dealing with here. They are a disgrace!

We are landlords with a portfolio of properties in Long Eaton and have always relied on Noble Living to find our tenants. Initially, our experience was excellent, largely due to Jacqui, who was amazing, helpful, and friendly. However, after Jacqui left, the new management took over, and our experience drastically changed for the worse.

The new team has been consistently rude and unprofessional. They charged us unnecessary fees for mistakes that were clearly their fault and refused to accept any responsibility. Despite multiple requests for the complaints procedure, they completely ignored my enquiries.

Due to these issues, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. It's a shame to see the decline in service quality after Jacqui's departure.

Gary and Jade are a waste of time. Trying to contact them via phone or email is a waste of time. Both are just as rude and useless as each other. They left my tenants with no hot water for a whole weekend, I eventually found out and had to sort the problem out even though I was 2 hours away and was pay for full management.

I felt awful for my tenants because how bad the service was. Most of the time if they had a problem they would contact me because jade was a waste of time.

Landlords and tenants need to avoid Nobles. They will just give you a headache.

Awful letting agents.
DO NOT CONFUSE TJS WITH NOBLE LIVING!

Since taking over from TJS I can honestly say I have never come across such incompetent and ignorant business managers.

These are still chasing my tenants for money when they no longer manage them. They refuse to respond to my emails, failed to transfer the tenants deposits to me. Hang up the phone to me.
Their contact details are incorrect online, even after I politely advise them they are not updated!

I am astonished that they are still trading and wonder why you would trade in such a poor manner! Why?
If you don’t like tenants, landlords or doing your job, shut down and do something you are good at as letting agents you are not!
@jade, @gary, stop harassing my tenants for rent, you no longer manage the properties, you never technically managed them and just took the cash.

The property ombudsman will be the next line of avenue I follow if you continue to harass my them.

We've been with this letting agency for 6 months now and we've yet to meet one person who has any kind of manners. Nothing ever gets followed up. We're constantly left calling them to make sure things are done, even then they don't get done. They make appointments and don't turn up. All without an apology. I've not received one apology since moving in. And believe me, we deserve a dozen.

Landlords with any sense will stay far away from doing any business with Noble Living and if anyone is thinking of renting a house with them well think again and go somewhere else.

The worst experience ever. Avoid at all cost , they were used as my point of contact to the landlord of a property I stayed in and at no point did they send me energy bills . I only received my water bill through post . I called them to rectify this and got the rudest response yet it was an error on their end . I now received a CCJ over an issue that wouldn’t have escalated to this extent , let’s not forget they used my details to create a profile without my knowledge and used their email address . I’m heavily disgusted
