10/10 would recommend for a short stay. Lovely host, great ammnemities , clean & spacious rooms. Check-in was contactless so really easy & the owner is available 24/7 should you run into any issues.

Good location surrounded by shops & supermarkets. Plus take aways galore.

This guest house is a true little gem. Located in the centre of Long Eaton and quite discreet in its appearance. Booking was straight forward, remote check in was equally as easy. The house itself is very contemporary, spotlessly clean and very well presented. I had a very quiet, comfortable night in a fantastic room. I will certainly be using again on future visits. Great value for money.

I had a booking for the weekend, as in 2 days time, and Salisbury street guesthouse have cancelled my booking that i made months in advance, due to getting a bigger booking. I was not offered alternative accommodation, just a tale of woe about the cost of living crisis and the fact that they were struggling financially. None of which is helpful when you have booked a room and paid a deposit in good faith. I now need to find a hotel nearby, none of which are as close to the venue which is why I chose here. So I am out of pocket, I do hope their bigger booking is worth the negative review! Do not recommend if you want security in your booking.

Cancelled my booking and did not return my deposit 2 days before a wedding I was attending. When I called to query this as my friend had also booked the manager stated he had contractors with a bigger booking. He then practically ranted at me this was due to the "cost of living crisis" as yet not had my deposit refunded. DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO BE CANCELLED LAST MINUTE WHEN A BETTER BOOKING COMES ALONG. It's also nice they have replied, as STILL have not received my deposit back, so thanks you for reminding me just how cowboy you are!!!

Me and my friend stayed here as she was on a course in the area. Really can’t fault it at all, Check in was easy, the room itself was great, clean and modern. Beds were really comfy and clean. Great shower in the bathroom. Practically silent from the moment we arrived to the moment we left so no problems sleeping. Great location with the town centre and shops practically at your doorstep, there’s also a car park at the bottom of the road so that also helped. We’d definitely stay here again if we were in the area, for the price you can’t really go wrong. Thank you 🙂

We stayed here recently whilst in Long Eaton. The location for the town is great and there was a car park which cost £4 (as Sundays are free) within 5 mins walk of the property. Check in was nice and easy, the room was really clean and having the use of the kitchen was a nice touch. The only reason I have taken a star off is the rooms are really small and our room right at the front door was a little noisy, either from people coming into the building or walking on the pavement which was right behind our heads. | The owner was great at communicating though and the bed really comfortable. We had an enjoyable stay for our one night here.

Horrible room. Parking was ok. Location was good. Getting into the property was easy and hassle free Booked this as it looked good. The 1st thing that hit us was the smell. When we got in the room it was small. Smelly. And needed some tlc. The bed was springy and horrible. We decided def not to stay due to the bed. Size of the room.

My son and I stayed in this lovely house. It is beautifully presented. There is a fantastic kitchen, dining and sitting area downstairs.||||The kitchen is well equipped and free tea, coffee and biscuits are provided by the owners.||||Our room was one of 5 bedrooms. It was finished a high spec with a modern ensuite, shower room.||||Soap, shower gel and shampoo were provided. The bedlinen in the room was lovely. Everything was really clean. There was a TV with free Netflix in our room. The house is situated right in the middle of town and there are car parks very close With extremely reasonably priced parking.||||I will definitely return to this little gem.
