Very helpful when we entered the Bognor store ,took all the details what we wanted 5 days later I phoned gentleman took my details again 2 weeks later heard nothing so booked myself with Tui on line £2000.wont go back

Used this place Bognor for 18years had some issues with customer support coplaint against TUI.Need to be a lot more proactive to help after holiday complaints 2 out of 10 this time.But over the years have been good .Get your MOJO back.

Manager sold me a ‘flexi’ ticket on the promise I could change dates of flights home ended up paying more for a flight back from Bangkok than the original return fare.. con artists come in all shapes and forms but mainly they reside in hays travel Bognor Regis and wear glasses

However the lady Lauren behind bureau came out to greet us after talking she got her colleague Sian who was on her break to assist us. The service Sian gave us was above and beyond after finding the cruise we wanted within our budget was sold out. You found us another with our same request .
