I used Tarka Taxis this weekend for a return trip for 9 people between Newton Abbot and Sandy Park. They were fantastic, easy to book, a really fair price, great communication. The taxis arrived on time, both drivers were very polite and friendly. In my experience probably the best taxi service I’ve used. I will be using them again, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Used Tarka taxi’s for airport transfer to & from T3 Heathrow. Dave is very responsive to emails and our driver Marc was reliable, helpful and friendly. Their 7-seater was very comfortable and much appreciated after a long haul flight back, where we slept all the way back home. Will definitely be using them again! Thank You.

Tarka Taxis has a lovely range of 4, 6 and 8 seater taxis. All driven by honest and reliable drivers.

Booked Tarka today to take my Mum who has Alzheimer's to Totnes. They sent Shannon who was just, was bright, bubbly and made Mum feel relaxed. When I picked Mum up from the memory cafe the staff said how amazing Shannon was, would definitely use them again.

Excellent local taxi service with integrity. Very reliable with pre-booked cars (even really early pick up times). Always great chat in the car whenever I’ve needed to go to Newton Abbot station.

Tarka moved mountains to help us out of a tight spot when our car broke down, even to the point of delaying the pick up of a member of the driver’s family. The dispatcher was courteous and efficient and the driver was charming and friendly. Tarka made what could have been a very fretful and difficult situation a calm one.

Brilliant taxi company. Very reliable, always friendly. I have used them for short and long journeys for years. I have rang Tarka Taxis up last minute in the past and they rarely fail to sort me out a lift ASAP. I was once stranded at Bristol Airport due to me missing my flight and landing in a different airport. Dave sorted me a lift out quickly which I was so grateful for. Good prices and make you feel welcome and safe. I would highly recommend.
