We have just completed our first mini safari with the Trails and Tracks 3 day coast to coast adventure. East to west by green and minor roads.

It is amazing that you can travel across the country like this, the routes were interesting with a mix of gravel, grass, stone and tarmac. The pace was relaxing with plenty of stops to enjoy the stunning view's. 🙂

George, Paul and the two Ians are splendid ambassadors of our hobby, at pains to respect the terrain and other users. The chat and technical support is amazing, what a great team, we will be back with them again for sure!

I loved my time with Trails and Tracks. George is an extremely responsible tour guide always taking the time to check lane conditions with GLASS reps before taking his group out. Group sizes are always small and George has taught me how to off road safely and responsibly. All those at Trails and Tracks are very knowledgeable about the lanes they travel and the vehicles they guide and I felt very safe travelling with them. They leave no car behind! ... even if it is a fancy young Renegade! 😉

We have been out with T&T many times now over the last couple of years. Both me and my son enjoy the great views you get to experience, the help on any little tricky parts (including recovery when you fluff it!) and the banter along the way. All customers have a great sense of fun and you get to meet up with old, and make some new friends each time. And on a side note - they are not Land Rover only like some groups, George and Ian like to have the odd reliable motor tagging along!

Message 2. I have never once kicked my dog, encouraged him to not move out of the way - maybe. You have no way of knowing what your destructive guests did say. You were not within ear shot. I was being deliberately belligerent yes, your actions are adding to the destruction of the country side as you drive through on a paid jolly day out no doubt talking about the beauty of the area as you reduce it! Yes my hostility is huge, you are wilfully destroying and compromising a landscape because the law can not stop you, when it is clearly the wrong thing to do morally and you thinks that's fine. Take stock of your actions!

Message 1. Stay Clear - They nearly ran me over!! The procession were inpatient to pass and when they finely could they made very rude comments to me. The last vehicle in the convey carried on driving even though my puppy was in the way. I had to quickly drag him clear.
I understand that I am in-tolerate of these people who take the law ahead of common sense and ignore the sensitive enthronement they trudge over and through. Yes they are legally allowed to be there, but this is a narrow track, with lots of wildlife around. I was walking along a narrow track with slopping sides, I had just fallen and could not jump out of the way. They had to wait for me and definitely didn't like it, this directly contradicts their website about being considerate of other people and countryside. It's about what they want to do, rather than what is appropriate.

My very first off-roading experience was with Trails & Tracks. George was brilliant, not only did he look after me and my car but he is hugely mindful of the environment we are in ; sticking rigidly to the policies and procedures laid down by Green Lane Association.
George encourages an ethos that is friendly, fun and educational. There is nothing this man doesn’t know about all the lanes and scenery we discovered. This is topped off by the photos he takes, highly recommend.

Have had some fantastic days out with Trails & Tracks,George and Ian make you feel like part of the family,and we have also made some great friends.We have been to Andorra twice with them and this year we are really looking forward to Andorra & Portugal.Would highly recommend this company. The tours are always researched reference the use of the lanes, with any restrictions adhered to. If only ALL users of the by ways were as strictly regulated and aware as Trails and Tracks !

The start of 2019 adventures with Trails & Tracks was as per usual a fantastic day of exploring the Dales and Moors of Yorkshire.

A very mixed batch of weather conditions but very well looked after by our leaders George & Ian.

A very professional service with an amazing amount of knowledge to keeping everyone safe throughout the day.

I would highly recommend a day out off road green laning with Trails & Tracks 4x4 adventures team, as the saying goes Carlsberg don't do 4x4 green landing, but if they did it would probably be like this.

I started my 4 x 4 adventure under the guidance of George, almost 4 years ago. I started as a total novice and continue to learn on every tour we take. George & Ian make every customer feel like a part of an extended, friendly family and use their skills to ensure we all drive safely and responsibly on the green roads of not only this country, but into Europe too. With a choice of day trips, weekends away, and even holidays in Andorra & Portugal, there's something for everyone. Trails & Tracks are a first class small business and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to use their 4 x 4 to get out and about. I can't wait for the season to start (Trails & Tracks are so responsible that they don't offer commercial tours over the winter months), and to a spring, summer and autumn of pleasant experiences on the highways and byways.
