Fantastic team. Our dog gets stressed just looking at the building, but we have been welcomed to take her in for a visit every now and then, and slowly, that stress is reducing. They go out of their way to make any treatment or assessment as easy as possible for her, and as a real bonus, they look after the worried owners just as much as their pets!

I can't praise this practice enough! I went as an emergency appointment, not belonging to this practice. My dog was stung/bitten on the moors. They saw her so quickly and were so kind! I recommend them so highly.

Been here a few years.
Vet robin has compassion with my cats. He took my spirit under his wing as did the wonderful nurses. Spirit has made a great recovery. Love is key.

We started with Moorgate when we lived at Christow and used their surgery there. We have 2 Labradors now and have found them to be friendly, helpful and very quick to respond.
In addition, when more complex operations were needed, they advised where best to go and did not try to do more than they felt comfortable.
Their service no matter the vet, receptionist or nurse is second to none, friendly, helpful and calm. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Amazing staff. We have taken a range of our pets here over many many years. Including rats, Guinea pigs, dogs, and chickens. All the staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and caring.

In the area on a visit, found ticks on our very nervous dog. These vets were recommended and they didn't let us down.
Phoned in the morning dog was seen at lunch time. Very happy with the service

We only recently transferred to Moorgate with our spaniel Ruby who unfortunately passed last week. In the short time with Moorgate we were very impressed with the staff, from receptionists through vets. We only wished we had moved to Moorgate earlier!
