Went into the Bury shop to arrange a city break to Budapest. Gemma was the agent who helped us. She was brilliant. Very quickly she assessed what kind of break we were looking for, asking us lots of questions. She researched everything for us, checking locations of hotels, suitable flight times and pricing. The break was great, and the hotel couldn't have been more convenient for all the attractions. Thank you Gemma for your patients, we had an amazing time.

We called into the Hays Travel store in Bury St Edmunds to get some info on self catering in Grenada. We weren’t offered a seat and were left standing by the door whilst the woman assistant continued sitting at her desk.
She insisted there was no self catering in the Caribbean, which came as news to me as i have been self catering in the Caribbean for over 20 years. The assistant showed no interest what so ever and said she would look and email me back in the afternoon.
I AM STILL WAITING.
i would not recommend this store at all dreadful service
