Popped in an hour before they closed.
Laura listened to what we wanted and had lots of helpful advice and suggestions.
By the following morning we had our itinerary and popped back to make a few changes.
We’ve never handed the reins over for someone else to organise a bespoke holiday but I would highly recommend TrailFinders!

This is the second time we have used trailfinders, we’re currently sat about to depart from the first leg of our honeymoon to find none of our internal checked baggage has been included for the further two legs of our journey.

We’ve spent the best part of an hour on the phone with them this morning to be told that there’s nothing they can do. They openly admit they haven’t followed procedur why not telling us, now we will have to spend £200-300 to rectify their mistake. In the two holidays we’ve booked we’ve spent over ten thousand point with them. You should genuinely be embarrassed about the way you treat people.

Be very aware before booking with them, they claim to take the stress out of things but take no accountability for breaking their own procedure.

We are just back from a wonderful break, Naples, Capri, Sorrento and Positano. Ian R in Newcastle , who has arranged trips for us previously, listened to what we wanted to do , and the type of hotels we like, then put together an itinerary and suggested hotels for us to consider. Dates had to be juggled to fit flight schedules and BA cancellations. Ian’s suggestions for hotels exceeded our expectations and the whole trip was magical and enabled us to see an area that we had wanted to visit at our own pace and not be herded by mass tourism. A huge thank you to Ian for facilitating this

Second time we have used them, can't find fault, dam. Basically had a adventure down under, tour , cruise, and stop over on the way back.
All detail taken care of, checked and double checked that we were happy before we left. Thanks Rachel I am sure we will be back.

Went in yesterday looking for a flight to Lima, very friendly and helpful girl searched for me. However she couldn't find anything for less than £1000 return just for the flight. Looked on Expedia this morning and found a flight for £609. Shame Trailfinders couldn't offer that..
