Was looking for a nice place for a walk when visiting Bury area. Easy to find, plenty of parking and well marked walking area. Nice walk along river. Lots of dog walkers in the open areas. Art installations here and there. there is a pub and a small ice cream shop/cafe. Had take away from the cafe and ate at one of the many picnic tables. Worth a visit.

A lovely, peaceful place for a gentle walk. There's a very nice restaurant and a pub for those who need a rest. Most of the park is very easy walking, fairly flat, on good paths.

A very picturesque walk, lots of different routes to take and explore. Lovely sculptures and different bodies of water (ponds, streams etc.) Big open field, great for picnics. The old activity centre is now a cafe, slightly disappointed at not being able to make a fool of myself building a raft or attempting to kayak but must say the fresh drinks fron the cafe after a walk in the sun were very welcome. Will definitely visit again soon.
