Over the past two months, my experience has unfortunately been quite disappointing. I was initially thrilled to have an offer accepted on a flat, but the communication since then has been extremely poor. Despite reaching out multiple times via phone and email to the estate agent, Sachin, my messages were often ignored. On the rare occasions he did respond, there was no information provided, with repeated promises to check with the seller that were never followed up on.

After escalating the matter to his manager, Gurmukh, I was assured I would receive a response—however, this too was not fulfilled, and communication has since ceased entirely despite numerous requests for calls. The lack of professionalism and courtesy throughout this process has been very frustrating, and I believe it reflects poorly on the agency’s commitment to its clients.
