Alahmdullilah, besides a couple of issues which the agent cannot be held accountable for, but was still able to sort out via a phonecall the whole experience was wonderful. I recently had my first experience with Royal London Travels. It was a Umrah package with family that includes flight, transport and hotels,both for Mecca and Madina. Flights journey was seamless and smooth, transportation from Jedda to Mecca then Madina was timely arranged, cars provided was good enough for family considering luggage. The drivers were punctual and reliable, making the journey stress-free and
enjoyable. Hotels were not upto our expectations, but no blame on Travel agency, that happened due to miscommunication among us. However brother Azeem was so active and prompt in providing help despite of time difference.

Alhamdulillah I was invited to Umrah in February and brother Azeem was able to get me and my family a great last minute deal at such a good price despite booking so last minute (we booked 1 week before flying out alhamdulillah!)
