Thanks to our guides Raymond, Elias and Godfrey, we had an excellent 7 days on the Machame Route on the way to Uhuru Peak, Mt Kilimanjaro. Professional and extremely helpful. The porters were first class. Again, extremely helpful and hardworking and smiling/singing when we returned to camp. We had Oscar standing in as a guide on part of the trip and he was excellent too. Tents, sleeping bags and meals all spot on. No issues whatsoever. Highly recommend Kandoo for this trip.

The team gave us such a memorable trip for the Machame 7 day route at Kilimanjaro + safari, 5 stars really doesn't do it justice.

When booking and planning, Shelley and Joanne's communications and updates were fantastic and really helped us to get organised.
Once we arrived in Tanzania, Emmanuels team were on standby to pick us up and drive us around and were very helpful.

For the Hike, our kandoo guides Raymond, Happygod and Amadeus were all incredible. They were so attentive and helpful, it was a joy to spend the 7 days with them and all of the porters. Without their support we may not have summited, as they were with us every step of the way. All 3 of them are a huge credit to Kandoo.

Finally Josiah, our safari guide and driver - was incredibly knowledgeable on all the animals on safari and did a fantastic job helping us to see 4 of the big 5, as well as going above and beyond teaching us about the local region and people.

Just got back from an Ultimate Jordan trip. I think Kandoo should change its name to Mustdoo!!! From the minute I landed in Amman to the minute I left I was taken care of. Special mention must go to Yasser our tour guide. His passion and enthusiasm for sharing his knowledge of his wonderful country was infectious. There are too many highlights to mention, the whole trip was phenomenal. The extra team at Wadi Rum were wonderful, the camels cute and well behaved.
The only criticism was Sultan’s amazing cooking, I have returned home weighing more than before. The cuisine in Jordan is second to none, especially in the middle of the desert with only the camp fire to cook on!!!!!
I have already start

I have nothing but praise for Kandoo Adventures and the incredible team of guides and porters who made my recent ascent of Kilimanjaro possible!

Our guides Andrew, Wendelin, and Kotlibu were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. As we ascended the mountain they kept a close eye on everyone in the group and ensured our ascent was "pole pole". Along the way they often told us about local plants, wildlife, history, and about life in the area. Collectively, the whole team on the mountain couldn't do more to support our ascent and make the trip as comfortable as possible for the group - from daily briefings and health checks, to cooking up excellent meals, to providing first aid, field-repairing broken trekking poles and dusting off boots when we arrived at camp. They really are an incredible bunch of people and I'm so thankful to have had their support! All exceeded expectations and I can't recommend them more.

I will definitely look to Kandoo Adventures first when it comes to planning my next adventure!

You can’t find a better adventure travel company than Kandoo! From the guides, to the porters, to the cooks, to the office staff, everything is top notch! I have done the Machame Kilimanjaro trek and the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, and both were absolutely incredible! They take care of everything, from the time you step off the plane to the time you leave to go back home. I felt incredibly taken care of and had a marvelous time! The guides know so much about your destination, the porters make sure that your camp has everything you need, and the FOOD! Oh my! I still don’t know how they make such incredible food on a camp stove. I will definitely book another adventure with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Just finished my descent from Uruhu peak at Kilimanjaro after a great 6 days with the crew from Kandoo in Tanzania. 5/5 feels too low, if 6 was an option I’d give it. 100% if you’re considering an adventure book with Kandoo. If you’re doing Kilimanjaro, request Godslove (yes it’s his real name) and/or Laddie as your guide. They are absolute legends, honestly not enough good things I can say about them

Our trek with Kandu Adventures to Maccu Picchu was an amazing adventure. All that I expected and so much more. Our guide Jose was very attentive to supporting every person in our 7 group party and a wealth of information throughout the 4 days in regards to the Inca Trail, as well as the culture of Peru. Jose helped us connect with our porters on a personal level and it was very obvious that he cared deeply about each and every one of them. I had researched companies extensively before traveling and can say I am thrilled with my choice of Kandu. They treat their employees with so much care and respect, especially after seeing some of the larger treking companies on the trail. I will tell everyone I know to use Kandoo when traveling to Peru!

I’ve just completed the Kilimanjaro Lemosho route with Kandoo Adventures and it was the best experience of my life. I’ve been on a few guided tours/travels before and none can even compare to the guides at Kandoo. Our lead guide was Andrew with Maro, Aloyce and Esto as the assisted guides. Andrew was fantastic, his knowledge is incredible and he could answer any question we had, whether it was about Tanzania culture, wildlife, history or facts about this mountain. All 4 guides were so supportive, fun and professional. Maro in particular was very supportive when I was having wobbly moments and I wouldn’t of made it back down the mountain without his help. Esto and Aloyce were also a great help on summit night!

The porters were also absolutely phenomenal. Emanuel, Albert, Simon and Peter I had the most interaction with. Emanuel was our waiter and gave us pep talks before barranco walk and summit night. Albert would take the time to teach me Swahili and would decorate the camps each night with rock paths and messages. We always seemed to get the best locations as the camp sites too. I can’t remember everyone’s names but every single person went out of their ways to help us and make sure we was comfortable. When we summited they meet with the most sincere celebration. I felt completely spoilt on this trip.

If your thinking about doing Kilimanjaro you should definitely book through Kandoo. And Kandoo should be very proud to have these guys working for them and representing their company!

Additionally, the equipment was great. The admin staff (Sam and Georgia) were also great with helping us get the booking sorted and James the chef made the best food and catered to all the different dietary needs our group has(Nut allergies, vegans and no onions!)
