Trusting this company, I rented a house in Downing Corte Russel Square. There was no hot water running in the house. They told me to call the landlord. They rented us a house with no running water in the bathroom. They didn't care at all. This problem was then resolved after 1 week. After 1.5 years, the landlord forced us out of the house saying he would have the water pump repaired. We had to live at home without hot and cold water in the bathroom for 4 months. They didn't care at all. They always sided with the host. In return, we did not pay rent to the landlord. Even though it is a legal situation, they are not giving our deposit back right now. In addition to not responding to all the e-mails we wrote for water repair in a house with no running water in the bathroom, they always reminded us to pay the rent. I have rented a house in England 4 times and I have never seen a real estate agent without such bad ethical values. Stay away!
