Contrary to some ill reviews you will read, we took a 3 day tour to Scotland and Yatin bhai was great, his service, his driving was impeccable. He knew places in the Highlands which we otherwise would hardly drive into on our own. The stay was luxurious, the meals to die for. The whole trip at the price was just incredible. I would urge you to ignore reviews that blame little things out of control. We had both elderly and children in the group and Yatin bhai made sure everyone was looked after. Five stars to the tour and many more to come.

I called them regarding a Pilgrim tour, and they simply said, "Fill out the form." We filled it out and sent it, but received no call or message from them. Their WhatsApp status even says, "If you don't receive any message or call within 2 hours, then call me." So, we called them.

After some time, they finally responded to our form and said, "You can pay now, and your seats will be confirmed." At that time, they never mentioned that the payment had to be made immediately, and there were still 3-4 days left for the tour.

By the time I saw their message, I had gotten busy. The next day, I saw another message saying, "We haven’t received your payment, so we are canceling your booking. Do not contact us in the future!"

When I tried to call them to explain that I was busy but could pay right away, they refused to listen, saying, "This is our system, and I can’t do that!" and just ended the call.

So basically, when they don’t respond to my messages, I have to compromise and remind them to respond. But if I don’t respond to their message, they cancel my booking without listening to any explanation!

All the power is in their hands! Businesses like this don’t last long, and we’re glad we didn’t join their Pilgrim tour and saw their real face before it even started!

Anyone planning to join their tour, please read this review before making any payment!

Terrible Experience with Angels Tours – Unsafe and Unprofessional Driver

I had a truly horrible experience with Angels Tours during my recent trip to Scotland. The driver, Yathin (who claims to be the owner), was extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional throughout the journey.

He spent most of the time on video calls with women while driving, completely ignoring the safety and comfort of the passengers. It was not only distracting but made many of us — especially the women on board — feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe.

The coach itself was in terrible condition — old, poorly maintained, and definitely not what you’d expect from a professional tour company. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, the seats were uncomfortable, and overall, the ride felt far from safe.

Yathin used foul and abusive language with passengers, and had a very aggressive and confrontational attitude. He made no effort to guide us, answer questions, or offer any kind of hospitality. Instead, he acted like he was doing us a favor by just being there.

His behavior was totally unacceptable, especially for someone in the tourism industry. Traveling with him was mentally exhausting and ruined what should have been a memorable experience. He is not fit to drive a tour bus, let alone represent a company.

If you value your safety, peace of mind, and want a pleasant tour experience, I strongly advise against booking with Angels Tours or any service associated with this driver. This was by far one of the worst travel experiences I’ve had.

Extremely ill and rude behaviour, Yatin doesn't know how to behave or talk with customers in the travel industry.

Even 1-star rating should not be given to this agency.

I had to call and message him for more than a week to get just 1 information about the trip and he expects to just like that book the tours without knowing details about the trip.

I asked only 1 question, if the trip was confirmed and if anyone else had booked for the trip on the same day... he gave me such a rude response to book with other travel agencies and literally blocked me...

Which travel agency person behaves so badly? This itself shows how badly he runs the travels too

I had horrible experience of speaking to this person on the phone for merely asking for how the booking works! The person doesn't have basic customer service manners on how to speak to people." I don't want to listen to your question" "go somewhere else" if someone is looking through the phone would naturally ask how it work!

We really enjoyed our scotland trip…It was a great and memorable experience for all of us. Despite the bad weather conditions, he managed everything and took good care of everyone and covered all places.
