With a number of different trips to plan, we asked Hays to put together a 10 day itinerary by train in Italy. On checking the final details, our ‘city break’ hotel in Turin turned out to be miles away in a forest (‘a car is essential here’), a rail journey ended 37 miles away from our third hotel, which was 1.5 miles away from a station and 20 miles from where we wanted to stay. The plans were changed grudgingly for an extra cost of £300. Definitely could do better ourselves, and would not recommend other than for a package booking.

Very helpful staff. Went in looking for a rail, hotel weekend break for a gig we had and Emily found us a perfect hotel for our budget.
Emily kept in touch and all documents emailed quickly.

Just tried to enquire regarding weddings abroad in the coming years. The woman on the phone was rude, abrasive, and disrespectful. Didn’t even let me and my partner have time to get information, just shut us off with no remorse. We will not be using Hays Travel at any point in the future and will advise others to avoid. Disgusting.

Excellent service every time we think Ronnie is a little diamond she always goes that extra mile to help made our 35th Wedding Anniversary to Paphos in November extra special getting us a upgrade at the hotel which we really appreciate well done to all the staff.
