I ordered a taxi at one of the the busiest times today from ACT Taxis.

All cars were busy. though there maybe a possibility of having a taxi in 20 minutes, I was very lucky it arrived in 10 minutes.

My drivers name was Colin, a very knowledgeable person, he passed on some very good information for future use.

I arrived at my destination within a short time, the really good news he went the way I would go so no extra mileage on this one !! As other taxi firms have previously done.

An excellent service, definitely be using them again and I’ll definitely recommend them 👍

Rang to speak to an owner or manager. Was told no one was available so asked for a contact name. Was told I should know the name if I want to speak to them. Extremely rude desk staff

What a shambles did a return taxi for New Year’s Eve which did not turn up for us at all. Was booked for 12.30 we had been outside with two kids at 12.25 rang them up at 12.39 to ask where it was to be told it has gone. Apparently waited 10 mins for us and went. Was only booked for 12.30 and did not arrive at all. Disgusted in the service from them would never book with them ever again. First and last time experience with ATC.

Phoned over 20 times this morning and no one picked up over the course of 30 mins. Not good service actually not even service at all. Missed our train and will now have to walk in the pouring rain to get to our destination. If I could give them no stars I would.

Always nice and polite on the telephone. Ordered for the next mornings to make it to the train station on time and the driver turned up bang on time. Better than other local firms that don't even pick up the phone!

Give me a quote of £110 to go to Manchester royal hospital got it for £50. On the way home rang from a phone at the hospital and to get back to Wigan the same £50.

Ordered a taxi for Saturday. Just didn't bother showing up. Not the way to run a firm and not the way to keep customers. Never again.
