I booked a trip in summer 2020 for March 2021. At the time was concerned about booking a holiday due to Covid and would it be a nightmare to get a refund if cancelled . Spoke with the girls at hays travel st.helens and booked New York and Vegas and they was so helpful with me wanting particular dates ect . They have kept me upto date the whole was through as flights and hotel was constantly changed (not hays fault ) due to Covid . I was informed end of jan my holiday was cancelled due to national lockdown ext and was advised would receive a refund . Thinking this may take a few months at least due to circumstances I was surprised to see FULL refund in my bank today 11/02/21 a few weeks after the holiday was cancelled . I will definitely in the future not book with anyone else but Hayes. Thank you for all your help and constant fast response to each query. These poor girls are dealing with so many issues at the moment including working from home with children ! and alway so friendly (people need to remember this !! )
