Understaffed, untrained not knowledgeable.
New to the area, went in to return some stuff to Amazon and the staff said they don't know how to do it. Next time I went in, it was to exchange a £20 paper note to the new ones. They said they don't know how they can do that. Even though I showed them on the internet that it can be exchanged till 30th of Sept 2024 at any Post Office.
It is the last time I go there.

I have just had the staff refuse to serve me, saying they would serve the 2 in front of me then they were closing the post office counter. There were no other customers in the shop and three staff that I counted. I think this is unacceptable.

The website says it’s open but when I arrived to collect my parcel it was closed. I have tried for 2 days to collect. Shocking service almost as bad as southern rail
