First time booking through PT & I was lucky enough to have Ged book my holiday...or holidays as I went back again to him!
He is an absolute credit to PT and one of the best in the business. We're flying onto holiday number 2 on Wednesday and if it's as good as number 1 then he'll have pulled it out the bag again. He's professional, knowledgeable, friendly and very responsive to messages quickly. Highly recommend PT and particularly Ged.

Well where do I start, I have always booked with GED, This time he really has outdone himself, messaged GED on the Saturday, “GED I want a last minute, my budget is £***, you know what a snob I am, show me what you got”
Hour later he comes back, “Amy found this, for this price” I didn’t even hesitate didn’t even look at the hotel. Booked it! Left on the Monday. I cannot recommend GED at enough. If you do not book with GED you are silly!

First time using this company to book a holiday and we were blessed to book it with agent Ged. He is such a lovely person. Polite, patient, and very helpful. He firstly listened to our requirements and showed us the options to match them. He then showed us different options, upgrades etc. We felt so relaxed with him, there was no pressure. If something was no good for us he would just go back to the beginning and start again. Nothing was a chore for him. We felt everything was done to help us book and have the best holiday experience possible. Well done, and thank you.

Thought I would get a better exchange rate in a high street travel shop compared to an airport. Instead felt I was fleeced. Current rate for $ is £1.25 airport give you $1.22 this shop gave me $1.12 never again.
