Usual WHsmiths store. Strange layout in places and a bit cramped . Good service with proper manned tills. Also has Post Office at the end of the store run seperately .
Post Office often queues and blocks access to some of the shop shelves .

This shop is not big enough with aisles too close and hemmed in. This makes social distancing a pointless exercise. Customers are very close and don't pay any attention to directions. The shop is also shared with the Post Office so always busy. Tills are poorly placed and there is always a queue.
Won't be visiting again due to claustrophobic atmosphere not a good experience.

Still very useful for stationery, cards and specialist magazines. With the recent changes the Post Office is also a part of the complex.

well today we went into your store in bognor we had a look round but thought we would ask for help before we could ask up popped KIM who was on her knees working can i help you in any way she said i hope so we are looking for the music section , here it is said kim can i help with what you need i am looking for a TABB BOOK FOR THE UKULELE it should be down near here but it was not i will pop up stairs to try to find what you want so off kim went and then came back so sorry we do not have the one you need but i have thought of a bookazine that might help you so kim took us over to the place and found the item so what a great sales lady she is THANK YOU SO MUCH KIM from trev and chris wright in east preston
