We love coming here! Our children are 10 and 6 and we first came when the eldest was 1, been about 8 times since which shows how much we like it. Apart from on one occasion, we always stay in a hotel (Ocean is our preference) and do hotel dining as we just want to grab and go when it comes to food here as for us Butlins is about the activities and shows. Quality and choice at the buffet was fine, it is mass catering but done well If you’d rather have a 5* hotel and dining experience, go elsewhere but if you want a family holiday with a good pool, excellent shows and activities for the kids, come here! My one experience in a more basic apartment was not as enjoyable- we booked last minute and it was all that was available and for us the extra money for the hotel is worth it. Another advantage at Butlins is unlike other UK holidays, the weather is less important as there is plenty to do indoors. ||This time around we enjoyed the pantomime, Icon show, Skyline Gang, Animals and Mythical Beasts, Wrestling, Gladiators and Masked Singer. We also booked several things at the new Play Experience- in our view this additions means we will continue coming for longer as a family as our 10 year old is getting older for some activities but Play Experience has really extended our options. We also did arts and crafts, pottery painting, football for the youngest and high ropes for the oldest. Getting a VIP pass to help with managing queue times and getting early access to booking helped us to do so much- really necessary to book activities as soon as booking opens. The new soft play was a hit with the kids too- I thought they would miss the old one but they didn’t.

Wonderful holiday, my children had the best time. Premium dining has really improved. Very happy. All of the staff were so helpful and fun. We particularly enjoyed the neo games, I had some very tired children after it but they loved it. Thanks for a great week.

Great trip overall!
Room was satisfactory!
Food was very samey in the food court , would have liked a few more options but we didn’t go hungry and my little one loved the ice cream machine !
I would also like to point out that Joshua in the ticket exchange shop
Could have been a bit friendlier , he made my daughter feel uncomfortable with his can’t be bothered attitude ! It is all
For the kids after all.
Masked singer in studio 36 was FAB!

First time down butlins for a children's week to see Mr tumble for my daughter. Location good with some good activities and lots to do inside with arcades and plenty to choose from to eat but this is where the problems start. The food had the same theme throughout overthought over engineered dishes with little cooking ability and more emphasis on creating exciting pictures for menus.
We visited several around the park on our trip the best being the fish and chip stall outside which I think speaks for itself.
Firehouse was a budget nandos that needs to focus on the core of cooking and making nice tasting dishes instead of going for the trend I stated earlier.
The beachcomber in was a budget harvester which we thought would be slightly better but they cremated some chicken goujons and a fish and chips but was still cold in the middle. And the service was shocking bearing in mind this was still more expensive than the fish and chip stall which was located in the park and worse.
Happy hour decent prices but still 4 pound per drink which is what they are normally in a pub. accommodation was decent but the blind on the windows offered no privacy as we found out. and only 2 plug sockets so bring an extension lead.
The entertainment was also decent but It was pretty standard throughout the week maybe it's just a kids theme, however bingo bango for the fourth day in a row screams lost for Ideas for me. Western themed night or a 80s/90s style party anthem kids would still love as they are kids and it adds variation for the adults throughout the week.
A decent holiday but with so many things in england now lacking in service and customer care and more about the bottom line if they flipped this mentality and had the mentality of abroad holidays I could see butlins being even better but I digress A decent ish holiday for a typical England on the south coast.

As always Butlins never disappoints and at the rice old age of 51 I went go parting loved it. Food needs more variety in dinning but was tasty. There is so much today staff are amazing polite and great customer service. Drinks were reasonably priced. The booking system with tokens is a really good idea.

Excellent experience, staff were wonderful. Lots to do, great shows. Special call out for Gini from Papa Johns restaurant who always went above and beyond to make us happy. Thank you Gini! Rooms were clean and perfect for the little ones. Water park is lovely too.

Attended ESF 2025 with my family. The football festival itself was amazing. Bognor Regis Resort staff were great. The two bed apartment we stayed in Atlantic Bay was less than expected. Rooms are small and dated. Far cry from the photos shown. Daily cleaning not available, so come with your toiletries in case you run out of supply 🙄.
All in all, the kids had a great time. Enjoyed the Splash pool very much and yes, the Baker Street escape room was fabulous!

80s Weekender ...a Butlins virgin but had an amazing time.
We stayed in the wave and room was clean , and basic ...thankfully none of us are big or claustraphobic as it was snug 🤣plenty of towels ..kettle.. and fridge ...
Choose of food could be better, alot of junk food, and not everyone wants chips and burger ...but it was lovely what we did have .
Entertainment was amazing , staff amazing friendly and helpful
Had the best weekend
One suggestion ...water fountains ....around centre
