SCAM!! Don’t book.
I was wanting to book an activity for a hens party I was planning. I was told I needed to pay £50 deposit to hold the booking so I did. When it came time to pay the full amount, I got told that the time I wanted on the day I had held was not available. When I simply asked why my deposit was taken but my time and date not held, I was sent two emails of abuse by Claire saying how she “was a organised” and “been doing this for 20 years and doesn’t need this attitude” and blamed ME for not confirming the time earlier. I asked for my deposit back and she said it would come back in “two weeks”. I have chased and chased but never got my money back and she is now ghosting me- nowhere to be seen. I have screenshots to support all this so when Claire no doubt comments something aggressive and rude to this review I’ll be able to prove exactly what I’m saying. I wish I had read the other reviews here. Really really angry and wish I’d never done it. Go somewhere else- this is a scam.

I booked go karting for a stag, the email said it will be confirmed once payment has been taken.

I didn't get any confirmation, i chased 2 weeks later, no response. I then chased a week later and they responded with "no this is not confirmed" in the body of the email. i asked, thanks for the helpful response but what are you going to do about it. They responded "nothing".

Horrible company to deal with would never use again.
