13 bus at 08.28 is always late to the bus station and arrives at the Faraday Road destination late, so I have had to start taking a bus half hour earlier. Get no apology from the driver if its late. Whoever is giving this company a license to operate please take note. Other buses from the same company do however arrive and leave on time from the station.
A sign in the buses says 'stay in your seat until the bus has stopped' but when you get on the bus via one of the bus stops, the drivers accelerate off before you even sit down so you go flying occasionally. A LOT of drivers do that at this company.
Swindon Bus Station is a mess and I don't think these companies make any input to that. They are cleaning their own hands of the problems there and maybe just waiting for the Fleming Way project to finish which is not a good enough excuse.
They put the prices up on 1st Jan but the notifications of price rises only came out in Jan and this has carried on into FEBRUARY with an audio message in the bus saying to the effect of "the prices will change on 1st JANUARY". A lot of people were stuck in the new year from not having the right change for the much higher prices. I used the buses during the Christmas period and no messages about price rises.

Is it normal for drivers to honk, wag their finger and bomb straight passed you?

I have never ever had this issue at that bus stop and I stand at the exact same spot, every morning, in the dark wearing a high Vis, giving plenty of time, to slow and arrive.

06:11 bus, 1b. (Into Swindon) Today. Westlea Fire Station.
I never go full Karen, but that really ticked me off.
Lucky for me it's payday. I got a taxi home.

I got on the bus no yx17njf and clearly said one family day rider and a single day rider and the bus driver asked me is it in town centre so I told the driver that we want a day riders up and down i clearly mentioned as I’m new in Swindon I didn’t knew how much it should actually cost so when I got the tickets before getting down to the Swindon bus stop I asked the driver that he charged me wrong instead of excepting his mistake he rather raised his voice on me and started blaming me. Such a poor customer service. It was a tue evening around 16:50.

Generally very good service, very nice drivers and the like.
On the town service in calne the driver helped an elderly gentleman board the bus and we had a very nice chat

I am very disappointed in the bus 5 driver that was driving to obital today 11/04/2025 at approximately 17:04 my colleague and I were at the bus stop and we flagged the bus, the driver never stopped. Is it because we are colored that we were treated this way?

On Wednesday the 19th,I went on Bus number 15,and inside the bus number was 2737,from Platform 3,to Tovey Road,at around 10.10am in the morning,When I got into the bus,I gave 10 pounds to the driver and said one single to Tovey Road,the driver took the money and after a few seconds he is asking me as whether I am having a card(debit card),but I told him that I am not having a card ,but just has the cash,then he is asking me,"How u work?"I cannot understand as whether this question make any sense.No driver has the right to ask the customer any personal questions,If cash is not accepted then why the drivers are carrying change boxes with them?If the drivers
want customers to give them respect, then they should also learn to give respect to customers first.I am cancer patient, now more than 2 years passed,I am going through a lot in my life,wherein i suffer silently,I don't work coz of my ongoing health issues, but when the driver asked me the question I was hurt from inside,but I just said No and kept quiet,but he made me feel so embarrassing by asking that question, The driver was from Nepali community,coz after me two Nepali ladies got into the bus,and had some queries,but the way he explained to them,was in a very polite manner,So I found the driver having the racist nature,wherein he knows very well how to respect the people from his community.I hope further when I travel,I don't come across such situation.

Always followed this company ever since Thamesdown days.
The bus service has got better and buses are very rare breaking down.

Just would like every other week be able to have a depot tour like thamesdown days aslong as you got your high viz and stay safe away from anything moving

Health and safety is good but to stop bus enthusiasts visit it has got a downer for me

Go Ahead sort this out as we miss out on the stored stuff and any buses being strippedfor spares

Just got to bus stop 5 minutes before bus was due, there was a council worker at the stop emptying bin because of this the driver in the bus didn't stop looked right at me and drove past just left me there, makes a change that the bus was early but to drive right past is a joke, I've had to go home again because now I've missed my second bus which is every 30 minutes, so now I'm gonna be an hour late for work....SORT YOUR STAFF OUT
