We used ETravel mini buses today to take our residents out for a Christmas meal they arrived with time to spare and I can only say first class in their assistance and patience with everyone. We have had excellent service from 1st point of contact, always prompt replies and very good price for our journey. Our pick up from Newcastle was early hours and had a delay with the flight. The driver contacted as soon as we had landed and was waiting as soon as we left the terminal. Luggage loaded and seated within minutes and were promptly all handed cold bottles of water. Lovely driver could not have asked for a better service. Would always recommend and definitely use again.

Couldn’t recommend them enough. We used their services to collect 5 of us from Leeds Festival. Price competitive, driver communicated really well in a busy environment to find us at the pick up point, minibus spotless and the driver even accommodated a few last minute requests to drop off at two additional stops. Will be definitely using them again!

Good company to travel with, always on time and vans/minibuses are in good condition and clean as you expect. Did have a slight “hiccup” travelling up to the airport but was resolved very quickly and effectively, so overall very happy with E Travel and will be using them again. Thank you🙂
