Excellent service from Nearby as usual, taxi arrived to pick me up a couple of minutes early, super friendly and helpful driver, we got caught in gridlocked traffic due to horrendous weather and he did his absolute best to get me to Newcastle Central on time. Unfortunately I missed my train, but not through any fault of my driver. Thank you for your efforts!

East Coast taxis are normally very good. On the odd occasion they can turn up late which is annoying when you have a hospital or doctors appointments. Overall I wouldn't use anyone else

Great service booked with online system, paid in advance (which was pending till after journey) Need to call to change start point very friendly amended immediately great communication, polite on time & got us to our destination smoothly. Would highly recommend & will use again.

Booked a taxi for 10 15 tonight still no taxi after several calls then I rang again at 11 to be told sorry been honest don't know when your taxi coming I said what's the point booking a taxi when you can not guarantee a taxi ...foaming so i said dont bother sending it Absolute disgraceful
