My niece works here, they are a very friendly bunch of staff, and very knowledgeable on all things related to holidays and travel issues. They also have a "Bureau de Change" inside , so you can get your destination holiday monies, travellers cheques here... . Would recommend them.....

Arnold branch were useless and lack lustre on two inquiry occasions with no follow up.
Beeston were superb and totally the opposite.
Will definitely use this branch for our holidays.👍👍

Went in to pay my balance on my holiday. One member of staff was busy with customers. Another man waiting and informed me that the other member of staff was with a couple of people which she told him took ages then she left him waiting and went for her lunch break.
I have only been in here twice and the last time one travel agent was busy then other one came back from outside and she was moaning really loud that she was pregnant and felt ill.
Not very professional at all.

Lots of excuses for delaying refunds for 2 holidays costing £3000 +. I paid Cooperative Travel Beeston but they insisted on delaying refund until they were refunded. Very pleasant when I hand money over but complete opposite when I want a quick refund ! Terms and conditions deliberately too tiny to read.
My first experience with Coop Travel ... definitely my last !
