We were looking for accommodation near to Blandford and Wimborne and found the Old Exchange at Witchampton which is convenient for both. It was an old telephone exchange which has been converted into a small cottage. It comprises of a living, Kitchen, dining room, a bedroom, shower room with toilet and a cloakroom. It is well decorated and furnished in every room and the kitchen has every appliance and cutlery and utensils you could want. The TV is the best we have ever found and has Netflix, prime etc. There are plenty of dvds and books for the evenings or rainy days. The central heating even came on as it was cold enough even on a July morning. The owners Sarah and Peter are lovely and helpful too. The bed is comfortable and if you are staying for longer there is even a washing machine provided. Ample parking is provided at the front of the cottage.

A truly wonderful place for a break. Easy to find and good location for exploring Dorset. Cottage has been renovated recently and looks great. Very clean, smart and has everything you could need for a stay. Hosts were very friendly and welcoming yet cottage retains its privacy. Would happily stay again.
