Had booked 2 cars days in advance at a certain time, none of them turned up so rung them to hear they had put wrong time in so made us all late for a suprise birthday meal, only one ever ended up turning up 45mins late to get us to the meal an hour late so then couldn't eat due to the place closing not long after us getting there, plus because only one taxi turned up some people then had to drive & couldn't celebrate the 40th birthday as they planned too. All we got from the receptionist was not my problem, I weren't in on the day it was booked in. We have only been living in dereham a year & a half & it was our first time using a taxi service, will never use them again ever this

Very friendly staff and drivers as I used many times over the years, they are reliable and they don't over charge the fares and I do recommend them. All their drivers are helpful specially the one who I had this morning.

It's one thing to openly charge a lot more than the other firms in Dereham, if that's the price it is what it is even though its extortionate I understand we all have bills to pay. But the sheer rudeness of the man I've been unfortunate enough to speak to/have as a driver is a joke. I rely on taxis to get back from work late and chose to walk in the dark in this heat ladt night than give that man my money he's giving dereham taxis a terrible name I don't know who the other drivers are or what they're like but this bloke needs to be dealt with if they want more work I avoid dereham taxis despite needing taxis atleast 3 nights a week and occasionally not being able to use the normal firm I use. Completely unprofessional and arrogant.

I've usually always had a good experience with dereham taxis apart from this evening. The man who came to pick me up was fairly late picking me up and kept sighing the whole way of my travel. And was rather rude to me when I thought the usual taxi fare was £10. and requested more and said I'm not giving you a discount i didn't need to be spoken to like that when I already explained that I had a bad day with money wastage. I won't be using again.

Lady on the phone is lovely and friendly. Dropped me off to the airport and picked me up and took me home. Both ways the drivers were friendly and made me feel comfortable, both times being on time. Thank you for excellent service.
